In my new book, Act As If It Were Impossible to Fail, I share a lot of detailed advice concerning how you can move ahead in your career.  What do you need to do in order to earn that promotion that a dozen other people in your office are also hoping will become theirs?  How do you convince your employer that you deserve a higher salary even when the current economy is encouraging many people to downsize?  I hope that many of you find useful information that you are able to apply to your professional development.

Now that my book is available, I would like your thoughts on what you expect from a book with the title Act As If It Were Impossible to Fail.  I know that many of you excel in your chosen field and I want to know what such an attitude means to you.  How do you act when you make the conscious decision that success is the only option?  Let me start you off with a few pointers on which I do expand in my book:

1. You create specific goals for yourself that have real measures of success.

2. You leave a lasting impression with your approach, your demeanor, and your dedication.

3. You build high powered teams that are fanatical about increasing employee growth and customer satisfaction.

4. You are a lifelong learner that isn’t satisfied without tremendous returns on investment for your teams’ efforts.

So, what is the most important strategy that you follow for success?  Please leave your comments.  Who knows?  Your suggestion just might become an essential part of Act As If It Were Impossible to Fail — The Expanded Edition!

I am pleased to announce that Act As If It Were Impossible to Fail is now available on Amazon in paperback and in Kindle format.  Please check it out!
